Sometimes there's just no label to describe what's wrong. You may be feeling out of sorts, in a funk, or just not quite right. If the feeling lasts a day or two it's no big deal. But if it persists you may begin to wonder:

It may be that you're responding to hormonal changes or the effects the long term, chronic stress.
